If you are having difficulty with your Universal Hanger please first review the instruction manual.

We have identified a small number of hangers with a manufacturing defect which prevents the hole in the main hanger from lining up correctly with the slot in the adapter. This prevents the bolt from passing easily through the hole and slot to secure the adapter to the main hanger. 

If you continue to have trouble with your Universal Hanger or believe you may have been shipped a defective unit please email me:  wesley.sonner@reefgently.com.  We will immediately ship a new hanger to you at no charge.
